7.61.10 E~penditures for Lawful Purposes Within City's Trade Area <br /> <br /> Any organization holding a pre.n~'_ses permit to conduct lawful gambling within the City shall be <br /> required to eSpend 75% of its lawful purpose" expenditures, on lawful purposes conducted or <br /> located within[ the City's trade area and to the benefit of the City s trade area. <br /> <br /> In the event tlie City is unable to determine with a reasonable degree of certainty that the required <br /> 75% of the la~vful purpose expenditures of the organization holding a premises permit to conduct <br /> lawful gambling within the City is being expended on lawful purposes, the City Adminisu'ator may <br /> require such ~ther financial information as is reasonably necessary for the City to make this <br /> determinafiom <br /> <br /> For purposes ~)f this subsection, the term ri'adc area is defined as the Cities of Ramsey, Anoka, <br /> Andover, andi the Town of Bums in Anoka County, the City of Elk River in Sherburne County <br /> and the City ~f Dayton in Hennepin County. For purposes of this subsection, the term "lawful <br /> purpose(s)" iSthat definition assigned to it by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 349. This subsection <br /> shall apply toiall organizations holding a premises permit to conduct lawful gambling within the <br /> City. ' <br /> <br />SECTION 3. V OLAT ONS <br />Anyone who violate~,, the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. This section does <br />not preclude civil andlcriminal penalties under applicable laws. Failure to file timely repons and payments <br />as required by this section may result in a recommendation to the Board that the organization's premises <br />permit should be rev~kexi. <br />SECTION 4.
