CONTRACT <br /> <br />This contra~t, made and entered into this' ~[~' day of <br />-- --~/~"~' 'i ['?~ by and between the Greater Anoka County <br />~uma~e Society, 'i411 Main Street, Coon Rapids, MN 55448, <br />hereinafter referred to ~m "Humane SQci~ty",/q~ the city of <br />_ _ _~ ~ ~_ ~_ ..... , _ _~J~ _ ~ ~_~ <br /> ~.~.~ .~ /'~ ~'~ , hereinafter referred to as <br />,,~unis~p~k~''. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~ the Municipality is in need of animal control <br /> services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Humane society is qualified and willing to <br />provide such an animal control program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Municipality wishes to purchase these services <br /> from the Humane Society in accordance with this <br /> ~ contract; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ in consideration of the mutual covenants contained <br /> herein, it is agreed and understood as follows: <br /> <br />TEP~ <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />provided h~z~ein. <br /> <br />II. BASIC!SERVICES <br /> <br />The HUmane Society agrees to provide the following <br />services: <br /> <br />Shelter for animal drop-offs on a 24 hour basis. <br /> <br />Pick-up and transport animals to the Shelter during <br />~normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days <br />per week), upon request of the appropriate Municipal <br />~official. <br /> <br />iAnimal examinations and veterinary care (within the <br />~scope of our abilities) ms required whenever staff is <br />iavailable. <br /> <br />4. iBoarding for up to five (5) days. <br /> <br />5. Euthanasia and disposal of animal if required. <br /> <br /> <br />
