Charges for services, shall be paid monthly or within <br />thirty (30) days after submission of the monthly <br />claims by the Humane Society to the Municipality. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />COMlOLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> <br />In p~oviding all services pursuant to this contract, the <br />Humane Society shall abide by all statutes, ordinances, <br />rule~ and regulations pertaining to or regulating the <br />provision of such services, including those now in effect <br />nnd hereinafter adopted. <br /> <br />AUDIT DISCLOSUI~E ~D RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br />The Humane Society agrees to make available to duly <br />authorized representatives of the Municipality and either <br />the ~egislative auditor or the state auditor for the <br />purpose of audit examination pursuant to MN. Stat. 16B.06, <br />any ~ooks, documents, papers and records of tl~e Humane <br />Society that are pertinent to the Humane Society's <br />provision of services hereunder. The Humane Society <br />further agrees to maintain all such required records <br />for three (3) years after receipt of final payment and <br />the ~losing of all other related matters. <br /> <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />The Humane Society shall purchase, maintain in full force <br />and effect during the term of this Contract and provide <br />proof of the follo%;ing insurance .Coverage: <br /> <br /> ORKER'S COMPENSATION: Coverage at statutory limits <br /> s provided by the Sate of Minnesota. <br /> <br />~OMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: Coverage shall have <br />~inimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Combined <br />Single Limit for Bodily injury Liability and Property <br />Damage Liability. <br /> <br />BUSINESS AUTO LIABILITY: Coverage shall have minimum <br />~imits of $500,000 per occurrence, Combined Single <br />Limit of Bodily Injury Liability ~nd Property Damage <br />Liability. This shall include owned vehicles, hired <br />~nd non-owned vehicles and employee non-ownership. <br /> <br />C~/rrent, valid insurance certificates meeting the <br />~equirements herein identified shall be filed with <br />~he Municipality before the signing of this Contract. <br />A. il policies shall provide, and the certificates <br />i~sued shall evidence, that the Municipality will be <br />nptified in writing at least thirty (30) days prior <br />to cancellation or modification of coverage. <br /> <br />/3 <br /> <br /> <br />
