Complaint preparation <br /> misdemeanor <br /> gross misdemeanor <br /> <br />- $34.50 per complaint <br />- $69.00 per complaint <br /> <br />The Firm agrees that it will not charge any fee for time <br />spent in the preparation or review of criminal complaints <br />in addition to the flat rate for charges described above. <br /> <br /> <br />
