ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br /> AND <br />CERTIFICATION OF ASSESSOR <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMEN~i', made and entered into this ~ day of , 1994, by <br /> <br />and between the ~CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota municipal corporation having <br />its principal office at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota (City), and Sharp and <br />Associates, Inc.,. a Minnesota business corporation having its principal office at 10907-93rd <br /> <br />Avenue North, Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369 (Developer): <br /> [ <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, the City is administering City Development District No. ] created pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is administering Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 created <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parries have entered into a Contract for Private Development <br /> <br />(Development Agreement), dated , regarding the development of certain real <br /> <br />property located ~n City Development District No. 1 and T~L,¢ Increment Financing District No. 2 <br />within the City a, nd legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, it is contemplated that pursuant to said Development Agreement the Developer <br />will construct the'rlmprovements described in such Development Agreement and shall complete <br />them prior to Augtist 1, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA;S, the City and the Developer desire to establish minimum market values for said <br />land and the Improvements to be constructed thereon (collectively, the Property), pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.177, subdivision 8; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the county assessor has reviewed the -plans and specifications for the <br />Improvements which will be constructed. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the parries do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
