It is our policy, <br />however, to attempt to find other alternatives and give three days notice whenever possible. <br /> <br />RULES OF USE: <br /> <br />I. The permit is valid only for date and time specified and must b~ in your possession. <br /> <br />Transfer of th: key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. Violation of <br />this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in revocation of your reservation <br />privilege. <br /> <br />Chairs and tables may be moved about within the roomin which they. are located, but not moved from <br />room to room. All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended purpose only. <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />The Ramsey Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups <br />or the general public. <br /> <br />All municipal facilities are public buildings and are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any of these <br />facilities. <br /> <br />6. Alcoholic b~verages shall not ~ brought on the premise or consumed at the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />7. All doors must be locked and all lights turned off ~fore leavipg the building. <br /> <br />g. You are responsible for clean-up of the area used. <br /> <br />The user of the Ramsey Municipal Center is as an individual and as a group liable for any damage to public <br />or private property or injury to any person resulting from use or presence at the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br />A conviction of vandalism can result in a $700 fine and/or 90 days in jail. <br /> <br /> <br />
