REVIEW OF THE SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES <br /> I By: Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />AND CHARGES <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Attached is the Sd_hedule of Rates, Fees and Charges which includes the adopted 1994 and the changes <br />for which the proposed 1995 schedule is arrived at. <br />Included in the "l~r, oposed Changes" column are changes that were recommended by various staff. <br />These recommen~tations included increases, decreases and the addition of new charges in several <br />areas. <br /> <br />The following summary goes through each section and highlights the various recommendations. As <br />indicated in the s~ecial notes column, some of the recommendations may need to first be addressed <br />through ordinanc~ amendments and revisions.
