Counmlmemt~r <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced thc following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1995 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on October 25, 1994, <br />staff recomme~nded approval of the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends t~e Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation. <br />NOW THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OFRAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) That the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br /> Januar~y 1, 1995. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilmember <br /> a~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the folloWring voted against: <br /> <br />and the follow, lng abstained: <br /> <br />and the follovOing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon s{id resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this t_lte 25th day of October, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administi)ator <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
