Mr. Gromberg called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. and <br />informed the men, bets present that the fa'st order of business should be the appointment of a Vice <br />Chairperson. r <br /> <br />Motion by Comm~_~ssioner Ullen and seconded by Commissioner Stafid to appoint David Kent as <br />Vice Chairperson ~f the Ramsey Economic Development Co ~mmission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Wolfing Yes: Commissioners Ullen, Stafld and Nelson. Voting No: None. <br />Abstaining: Com~nissioner Kent.
