If no notification is given, the number of players listed on this contract becomes the guarantee. If more <br />players show up at the course on the day of the tournament than the number guaranteed, we will a~empt to <br />accommodate Customers; however, no guarantees are made as to the availability of space for excess players. <br />All Tournament prices quoted are subjecl lo change upon 60 days notice. Customer agrees to pay any increased price <br />upon proper nodce. All food and ~verage consumed must ~ purchased from the course. Frost, fog or inclement <br />weather may cause delay of tee times. If playing conditions require cancellation of the event by the course, tne <br />tournament will be rescheduled at Customer's convenience. In the event that the course determines that a "rain-duO' <br />nas occurred during the event, an equitable adjustment will be made by the course manager. <br /> <br />The tournament group and chai~e~on are responsible for proper conduct and attire of all parlicipants, use and care of the <br />golf ~uBe and all other f~clllltes and ~uipment, including golf ~ds. The tournament group and chairperson are liable for <br />any damage to persons, the ~ume, ~ulpment, goll ca~s or clubhouse lacilities caused by lhe tounament or its paHicipants <br />and any damage to person, the ~urse, ~uipment, cads or tacllllies will resuE in ~he tournament group a~d chai~erson <br />being billed for any Oameg~ in~rred by the Course or third parity, and is r~uired to provide comprehensive general <br />liability insurance coverage for their tournament.
