The rest of the City would be the same under any of the plans so they are not currently included in any of the tables. The existing column refers to the current zoning in this area without any changes. These figures were developed based upon the following methods: 35% cover of each acre of commercial/industrial property Three (3) Single Family Units per acre for single family zoning Seven (7) units per acre for medium density zoning Fifteen (15) units per acre for high density zoning
