Further Discussic~n: Commissioner Wagner advised that thc Economic Development Commission <br />was directed to ~ok at the whole package. Chairperson Bawden stated that in order to go to a <br />public hearing :th this, there has to be an understanding of the rationale behind the planning. <br />Commissioner UI ien stated that the Economic Development Commission needs to review the entire <br />package in order to do a re-evaluation. Commissioner Hendriksen again stated that the Planning <br />Commission felt the City of Ramsey would best be served by an east-west connection, but Burns <br />Township would!like an alignment with Armstrong Boulevard N.W. Commissioner Kent stated <br />he would like to!preserve an alignment with Armstrong Boulevard N.W. for future expansion. <br />Commissioner D~mer also noted that Anoka County Road #22 terminates at Armstrong Boulevard <br />N.W. ChairperSon Bawden didn't understand what "entire package" means. Mr. Gromberg <br />stated he felt thi~ was something both Commissions need to address.
