Reserv~ capacity will be provided for northern Ramsey and <br />Andove~, Dayton and portions of the Elm Creek watershed. <br /> <br />It was assumed as part of the CAB interceptor study that the <br />City o~ Ramsey would capture the greatest share of the <br />area's~growth. That the unallocated reserve capacity be proportioned <br /> throughout the system and final allocation based on <br /> Metropdlitan Development Framework policies. <br /> <br />2.
