The purpose for this summary is to focus on the action <br />steps to be~taken by the consultant team. <br /> <br />Review of L~nd Use Working Paper ~?. " <br /> <br />Steven Schwanke reviewed the land use wo!king paper #1.~ Several <br />changes wer~ suggested by the planning Commission. The revised <br />· paper will ~e forwarded to the work group at its next meeting. <br />Review Of T~e Exisbing z°ning'Map.' '-" --' :"' ": ' "' <br /> <br /> John DietriCh reviewed an enlarged zoning map of the City <br /> prepared by~RLK Associates. The purpose of this map is to <br /> generate a Consensus on the existing land uses in.order to- <br /> prepare a "~uture-land use" map for the City. <br /> <br />Several questions were raised regarding land uses shown on the <br />map. Sylvi~ Frolik will research these land use issues and amend <br />.the map. - <br /> <br />· Transporfab~on Issues Wi fh Adjacenf Local' .G°vernmenfs. <br /> Bill Smit~ ~eviewed his findings regarding transportation ~ssues <br /> from visits ~with the cities of Elk River,< Dayton and Anoka.
