Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-03- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Benjamin Deemer has properly applied for a variance to construct an accessory struct~e that will be nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the North Three Quarters of North Half of Northwest Quarter of NorthweSt Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count>,, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said Northwes[t Quarter of Northwest Quarter, distant 165 feet South of the Northwest comer th{reof; thence East and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of NorthWest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at fight angles a distance df 165 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of NorthWest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Northwe~_t Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence South along said East line a distance (~f 165 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North Three Quarters of North Half of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence West along said South tinJe to a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, ~listant 496.38 feet South of the Northwest comer thereof; thence North along sa.id West I/ne to the point of beginning. / WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 17, 1994, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request to construct an accessory structure nearer the front ~operty I/ne than the principal structure. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA,' as follows: Based on~ Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct a 30' x 50' accessory structure that will I~e nearer the front property line than the principal structure is hereby granted. The accessory structure shall maintain a minimum distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet from the _property line adjacent to C.S.A.H. #57, (Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W.). This vari~/nce shall not apply to any future structure(s).placed on the property. o The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construcdon. The property owner herein agrees that no commercial activity shall be conducted from the accessorY strucutre.
