Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Benjamin Deemer has properly applied for a variance to construct an <br />accessory struct~e that will be nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br />property generally known as 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North Three Quarters of North Half of Northwest Quarter of <br />NorthweSt Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count>,, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said <br />Northwes[t Quarter of Northwest Quarter, distant 165 feet South of the Northwest <br />comer th{reof; thence East and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter <br />of NorthWest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at fight angles a <br />distance df 165 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter <br />of NorthWest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said <br />Northwe~_t Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence South along said East line a <br />distance (~f 165 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North Three Quarters of <br />North Half of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence West along said <br />South tinJe to a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest <br />Quarter, ~listant 496.38 feet South of the Northwest comer thereof; thence North <br />along sa.id West I/ne to the point of beginning. / <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 17, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front ~operty I/ne than the principal structure. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA,' as follows: <br /> <br />Based on~ Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct a 30' x 50' accessory structure <br />that will I~e nearer the front property line than the principal structure is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall maintain a minimum distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet <br />from the _property line adjacent to C.S.A.H. #57, (Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W.). <br />This vari~/nce shall not apply to any future structure(s).placed on the property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construcdon. <br /> <br />The property owner herein agrees that no commercial activity shall be conducted from the <br />accessorY strucutre. <br /> <br /> <br />
