(C.S.A.H. #56). The Applicant has <br />stated that improvements to C.S.A.H. #56 caused by Anoka County in the early 1980's, which <br />included roadwa[y realignment and acquisition of additional' right-of-way, have diminished the <br />depth of his front, yard to a point where it now requires a variance to put an addition on the home. <br /> <br />The City has grated similar variances in the past, <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recorr~ ends approval of the variance. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion tO: <br />Adopt Resolution #94-03- adopting Findings of Fact # relating to Terry <br />Hendriksen's request for a variance to thoroughfare setback requirements at 15631 Ram.~ey <br />Blvd. N.W.. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Rdsolution g94-03-, approving the issuance of a variance to Terry Hendriksen at <br />15631 Rarnsey Blvd. N.W. and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Review Check.
