SECOND <br /> <br />RE{IDING <br /> <br /> CASE # ~ <br />AND ADOPTION OF CURRENT SERVICES ORDINANCE <br /> By: Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Attached is the p~posed Current Service Ordinance as it was introduced at the October 25, 1994 <br />City Council m~eting. The adoption of this ordinance will allow the City to proceed with <br />certification of c ~.o?tain services when delinquent, as outlined in the various ordinances establishing <br />these services. . <br /> <br />The assessment cfi these services would take place in September of each year and would require a <br />pubhc heanng, v4~th proper notfficauon to property owners. Delinquencies as of July 31 of each <br />year would be s~bject to certification if not brought current by September 1 of each year.
