Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1995 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on November 22, 1994, <br />staffrecommended approval of the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends the Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br />January 1, 1995. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of November, 1994. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
