Councilmember ~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g94-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOI~I CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MODIFICATION <br />OF THE DE~.ELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />AND MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NO. 1, 2, AND 4. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, by prior action, has established Development District No. <br />1 (Development/District) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, {}469.124 through {}469.134 and has <br />established sere ral tax increment financing (TIF) districts within Development District No. 1 <br /> <br />pursuant to Mira <br /> <br /> WHER] <br />Program for the <br />within the Devel, <br /> <br />NOW THERE <br />OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />1) That the <br /> modified <br /> for TIF I~ <br /> <br />esota Statutes, §469.174 through {}469.179; and <br /> <br />gAS, the City Council believes it is necessary to modify the Development <br />~Development District and modify the TIF Plan for TIF Districts No. 1, 2 and 4 <br />~pment District. <br /> <br />?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Eity Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be prepared a <br />Development Program for Development District No. 1 and a modified TIF Plan <br />istricts No. 1,2 and 4 and to file a copy of all documents in City Hall. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the iCity Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a notice for <br />publicati4n in the official newspaper setting a public hearing before the City Council on the <br />13th dayiof December 1994, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, on the modified <br />Program .and TIF Plan. The notice shall be published in the newspaper at least 10, but not <br />more thai 30, days prior to the public hearing. / <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to take all other actions <br />necessar~,~ to bring the Modified Development Program and TIF Plan before the City <br />Council at the time of the public hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and~ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followingvoted against the same: <br /> <br />and the followingabstained: <br /> <br />an the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said r!~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council on <br />this the 22nd daylof November, 1994.
