CASE <br /> <br /> RAMSEY 67/MCKINLEY STREET <br />By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Backgroundi <br /> <br />Attached is th6, case from the November 7, 1994 Council meeting regarding this issue. At <br />that meeting, iCouncil authorized Attorney Goodrich to negotiate for the purchase of <br />property pursuit to the case narrative. This included 38.05 acres of land at a cost ranging <br />from $191,92~ to $228,300. Additionally, Staff represented that clean-up of the site is <br />estimated at $~5,000.
