Spohn at 1808 - <br />103rd Ave. N. W.. Coon Rapids, MN 55433 CSeller"), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />Seller hereby gives and grants to THE CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation, under the <br />laws of the Statue of Minnesota, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />("Purchaser"), a~d its assigns, the exclusive option to purchase the real property of Seller situated <br />in the City of Rakmsey, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as Beginning <br />at the intersectifin of the west line of the east 10 rods of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, <br />Township 32, R~g¢ 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the southern boundary line of the City of <br />Ramsey street ea,~ement described as follows: <br /> <br /> The cent~rline of an 80.00 foot perpetual easement for street and utility purposes, the <br /> centerlin~is described as follows: <br /> B~ginning at the intersection of the west line of the east 10 rods of the Northwest <br /> Qgarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and a <br /> lirle 390.00 feet northeasterly of as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the <br /> nOrtherly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly <br /> p~allel with said northerly right-of-way to the east line of Outlot A, RAMSEY 67 <br /> IN~DUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota and said <br /> cei~terline there termination.
