Coon Rapids, MN 55433 CSeller"), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Seller hereby gives and grants to THE CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the Statue of Minnesota, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 ("Purchaser"), a~d its assigns, the exclusive option to purchase the real property of Seller situated in the City of Rakmsey, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as Beginning at the intersectifin of the west line of the east 10 rods of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, R~g¢ 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the southern boundary line of the City of Ramsey street ea,~ement described as follows: The cent~rline of an 80.00 foot perpetual easement for street and utility purposes, the centerlin~is described as follows: B~ginning at the intersection of the west line of the east 10 rods of the Northwest Qgarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and a lirle 390.00 feet northeasterly of as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the nOrtherly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly p~allel with said northerly right-of-way to the east line of Outlot A, RAMSEY 67 IN~DUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota and said cei~terline there termination. The northerly and southerly lines of said easement are to ~e prolonged or shortened to terminate on the west line of the east 10 rods of the N4rthwest Quarter and the east line of said Outlot A.
