Secondidriver/helper rate NO CHARGE <br /> <br />The rates charged will' not vary regardless of the day of the week or the time of day. <br /> <br />The Contra~ctor will be responsible for the collection of all fees. <br /> <br />The ContraCtor must conduct all transactions with the Mtinicipality and the public in a polite <br />and businesslike manner. <br /> <br />This contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) <br />days writt~ notice, delivered by mail or in person, to the other party.
