Councihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for i~s adoption: RESOLUTION/t94-12- RESOLUTION iDOPTING THE 1994, PAYABLE 1995, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, dOUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the f~lov,'ing levies for assessed 1994, payable 1995, be levied upon the taxable property in said Cit~ of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAl LEVY Fund~'101: General Fund - General Operations: ~iscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) i-tACA (as certified) ~ollectcd as property tax DEBT SEI~VICE LEVY Speci~ll Assessmcnt Obligations (collected as property tax): ,Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321' 1992B G. O. Debt Service Total Levies $ 285,342 521,445 TO BE DETERMINED 20,506 4,425 24,931 TO BE DETERMINED 2) That this fi~al levy does not excced the Proposed Levy adopted September 12, 1994. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the~opinions of Ramsey Residents on thc proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That the City A,dministrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Au~litor s Office on or before Wednesday, December 28, 1994 for the purpose of complying with Truth In Ta~:ation. That the motion for~he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote bcinl~ taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following vd}ted against thc same: and the following abstained: and the following w~re absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 13th day of December, 1994.
