CASE # q <br /> INTRODUC~ PROPOSED ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE & UTILITY <br /> EASEMENT~ ALONG THE BORDERS OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, AND OUTLOT C, <br /> ~ OF RUM RIVER HILLS ADDITION. <br /> By; James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: ~ <br /> <br />The developer o{the Rum River Hills Townhomes has requested that the City vacate the drainage <br />and utility easements that were dedicated at the time the subdivision was completed. These <br />drainage and utility easements are the traditional 10-foot wide easements that are acquired during <br />the platting pro~ ss. The developer intends to rededicate new easements at the time that the <br />replatting is completed. Enclosed for your review is the following information: <br /> <br /> 1) Public hearing notice <br /> 2) Si!e location map <br /> 3) Li~;t of properties notified <br /> 4) Prpposed ordinance vacating drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />If this proposed Ordinance is adopted, the City will record the vacation so that deeds for the <br />affected properti{s will reflect the vacation.
