Draft 12/8/94 <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VIII <br /> <br /> ,~ ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Section 8;.1 Conflict of Interests~ Representatives Not Individually Liable. No City <br />officer who is auihorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his or her official <br />capacity shall voluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement or benefit financially <br />therefrom. No ~ember,:. . official, or employee of the City shall be personally liable to Developer, <br />or any successorim interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount <br />which may becoO~e due to the Developer or Owner or successor or on any obligations under the <br />terms of this Agr.~ement. <br /> Section 8i2 Agreement Recorded. This Agreement shall run ~,vith the Development <br />Property and shal! be recorded by the City in the Office of the Anoka Count3 Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 8;3 Non-Discrimination. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, §181.59, <br />which relate to civil rights and non-discrimination, and any affirmative action program of the City <br />shall be consider~Jd a part of this Agreement and binding on the Developer as though fully set forth <br />herein. ~ <br /> <br /> Section 8.~ Amendment. This Agreement may be amended by the parties hereto only <br />by written instrument executed in accordance with the same procedures and formality followed for <br />the execution of tl~is Agreement. <br /> Section 8.~ .Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each~of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> <br /> Section 8.6 Notices and Demands.
