Draft 12/8/94 <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ANOKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (AEC) <br /> <br />On~ 1994, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to AEC, '"Permittee") to construct a square foot headquarters facility <br />consisting of [ .. square feet of office space ("Structure") and square feet of <br />service center on i. he property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer ot' architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordancd with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown Oj~ the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which is attached to this document as <br />Exhibit B., <br /> <br />REQUIR[ED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following lite improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown ~n the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Bite, minous driveways and maneuvering areas <br />Coficrete curbing <br />Sit~ grading <br />Sod and seed <br />Establishment of new trees and relocation of existing trees <br />Fir~ lanes <br /> <br />The ("Reqtfired Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LA~ES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on th~ Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTIN~G. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot shall be <br />designed so~_as to deflect light away from Ramsey Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />BUILDIN~ FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as listed on the Site Plan as certified by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL.
