ORDINANCE NO. 94-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE SELLING CERTAIN PUBLIC LAND IN THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of <br />the City of Ramsey, Section 12.5. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />PROPERTY TO BE SOLD <br /> <br />The following described public property is hereby to be sold: <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park <br /> Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Plat 4, Anoka County, <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 5, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of Lot 2, Block 1, excluding the easterly 712 feet of Gateway North <br />Industrial Park Plat 4, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
