The plat <br />combined three ~latted lots ~nto one lot. A result..of that plat,' new easements were created and <br />the standard drayage and utility easements around the old lots are no longer needed. Therefore, <br />Basalt Propertie~ is asking that these drainage and utility easements be vacated. <br /> [ <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />S~,te location map <br />E~d'fibit of underlying easements to. be vacated <br />A~proved Final Plat of Basalt Office Park <br />Pioposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance wlth State Statute, City Staff attempted to notify property owners within 350 feet <br />of the subject pr4perty of the public hearing to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />A public hear/ngiand ordinance adoption is required in order to vacate easements. <br />Recommendatio~n: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends introduction of the enclosed ordinance to vacate existing easement. <br />Council Action:~ <br /> <br />Motion to introdhce Ordinance #03- to vacate the easement for drainage and utility easements <br />on Lots 2,3, and ~, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2. <br /> <br />Review Checkli!~t: <br /> <br />Asst.
