As palrt of that plat, public road right-of-way was dedicated over an existing drainage <br />and utility easement to Pumphouse #3 (Well #5).. ~t the same September 23r~ meeting, the City <br />Council' introduckd an ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility easement. <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) S~e location map <br /> b) E ~Jflfibit of underlying easem.e.~ts to be vacated <br /> c) P~oposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: : <br /> <br />In accordance w{ih State Statute, City Staff attempted to notify, property owners within 350 feet <br />of the subject pr4perty of the public heating to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: : <br /> <br />A public hearin~iwas held by the City Council on September 23, 2003 with no public comment. <br />The ordinance .is {now eligible to have a second reading and adopted. <br /> <br />RecommendatiOn: <br /> <br />City Staff recom/inends adoption of the enclosed ordinance to vacate an existing easement. <br /> <br />Council Action:~ <br /> <br />Motion to adoptI Ordinance #03- to vacate the easement for roadway and utility purposes <br />described in Qui!
