ORDINA2NCE NO. 03- <br /> <br />CITY OF RA~ISEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MIN!NESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ,4aNOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br /> rr <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated roadway' and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />A permanent easement for roadway and utility purposes over the west 60.00 feet lying <br />north of the south 43.00 feet and southerly of the southerly right of way line of County <br />State Aid Highway No. 116 of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
