Applicant must be a resident of Bloomington. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Seventy-five percent (75%) annual meeting <br />attendance is required, as specified in <br />Section 2.74.01 of the Bloomington City <br />Code. <br /> <br />Applications are recorded by the date <br />received and kept on file through the calendar <br />year. If you no longer wish to be considered <br />for appointment, please notify the City <br />Manager's Office. <br /> <br />Once the City Council has appointed'a <br />person, he/she will be notified in writing. The <br />application of a nominated individual who was <br />not appointed will be retained through the <br />calendar year for consideration should a <br />vacancy occur. If a position becomes <br />available, current applicants will be contacted. <br /> <br />Indicate your commission/board preference <br />on the application. If you are interested in <br />more than one commission, separate <br />applications must be filled out for each. <br /> <br />d.
