Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORI~,ER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Underbi!led Utility Accounts <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund presented the Council with a list of businesses that have been underbilled <br />and the amount that each business owes. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed City Code explaining the three alternatives for the City to <br />collect the funds} which were shut off water se~wice, sue the businesses for a money,/udgment in <br />district court, or ladd the amount to the property tax levy. The first thing that needs to be done is <br />to get a letter oul to the businesses explaining the error that occurred.
