Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec ca~led the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. and lead in the <br />Pledge of Allegia~nce to the Flag, <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Tom Roof, 1436~ Waco Street NW, Ramsey, requested that item #12 be moved up on the agenda <br />since there were Several residents present to address the issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that the Council could make that change under approval of the agenda. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen requested that Case #12 be moved to follow Case #1. <br /> r <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook noted that a case was added to the Personnel Committee to authorize the <br />hiring of a Build{ng Official. <br /> <br />City AdministratOr Norman requested that the following two cases be added to the agenda: <br /> <br /> City Council/October 14, 2003 <br /> Page 3 of 30 <br /> <br />-55- <br /> <br /> <br />
