COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: P~blic Hearing: Request for Easement Vacation Sunfish Lake Business Park; Case of City of Ramk"ey Mayor Garnec ca Presentation [led the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council approved the final plat of Sunfish Lake B~siness Park 2® Addition at their August 12, 2003 meeting. A portion of the Business Park Was replatted to accommodate requests for smaller lots by prospective buyers. Some of the easements that were put in place with the original plat of the Business Park now need to be vacat{d. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Cougcilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public hearing. ~ Motion camed, iVoting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Pearson, Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Strommen, and gimmerman. Voting No: None. The public hearihg closed at 7:09 p.m. Council Action: The regular meeting of the City Council was called back to order at 7:09 p.m. [ Councilmember tElvig inquired if the City had purchased any of the easement in the past.
