2025687.005 <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />RESOLUTION #11 -09 -177 <br />111 1111 11111 11111 11111 1111111111 11111 1111 1111 <br />Record ID 2449720 <br />Councilmember McGlone introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />i EC'D DEC b 20i <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0891 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED IN CITY CODE. <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC properly applied for a conditional use permit to exceed sign size <br />and letter /graphic height restrictions as established in City Code on the property generally known <br />as 7545 Veterans Drive NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 12 Addition, except road subject to <br />easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 8, 2011, conducted a public <br />hearing, and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0891, a conditional use permit ( "Permit ") to exceed allotted <br />square footage and letter /graphic height is hereby granted to PSD, LLC ( "Permittee "). <br />2. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect two (2) wall signs on the Subject <br />Property. <br />3. The wall signs shall not exceed seventy -three (73) square feet each, for a total of 146 square <br />feet of overall signage on the Subject Property. <br />4. The wall signs shall not project outward from the wall to which they are attached more than <br />six (6) inches. <br />5. The installation of the signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the <br />City of Ramsey (the "City "). <br />6. The signs shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Division 8 (Signs) <br />& 117 -118 (COR District) (f) (Signage) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />7. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this Permit. <br />8. The City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />
