CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 01/10/2012 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Authorize Response to City of Anoka Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />4.9. <br />Background: <br />The City has received notification of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) from the City of Anoka. The <br />request is to guide a one (1) acre parcel along Highway 10, adjacent to Calvary Cemetary, from General Industrial <br />to Institutional to allow the future expansion of Calvary Cemetary. A more detailed analysis is provided in the <br />attached background report.
