The Anoka County Agreements arc based on the follov\ log: <br />• 2012 Municipal Residential Recycling Goal - The abatement goal has increased from 175 pounds per person <br />per year to 180 pounds per person per year. The inereaSCis due to the new recycling goals in the new <br />Metropolitan Solid Waste Management Policy Plan. The population is based on the 2010 Census. Specific <br />gonls are listed in the chart on the reverse side of this memo. <br />• 2012 SCORE Municipal Reimbursement Funding Allocation - The 2012 SCORE: allocation is a base of <br />$10.000 and $5.00 per househokl, a reduction of 5 cents per household. Specific allocations are in the chart on <br />the reverse side of this memo. Anoka County is oxpecting 1-111 SCORE payment of $407„827 and a spring <br />SCORE payment 01-S407,827. The proposed 2012 municipal funding includes the additional payment <br />expected to be received in the spring 012012. If the second pa) molt is not received the funding allocation win <br />be reduced accordingly. <br />• 2012 Contracts - The 2012 residential recycling program contracts are included in this mailing. Please now <br />the language in Section 7 regarding the SCORE funding. <br />Sec/ion Nowithshmaing cow provision to the contraFy. the County Poserres the right to reduce the <br />flint-thig provided hereunder in doe even/ insifflicient SCORE finds are available. When the agreements are, completely signed, an <br />original copy will be mailed back to you and Anoka County will retail' two copies for its files.
