Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #09-07-161 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF RADIO CONTROLLED MODEL AIRCRAFT, BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT #0848 AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS , North West Radio Control Club (NWRC), hereinafter referred to as "Permitee", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit to allow the operation of model, radio controlled aircraft on the subject property generally known as 8846 Highway 10 NW, legally described as: That part of Government Lot 1 lying southerly of Trunk Highway No. 10 and 169 and lying easterly of a line parallel with and 200 feet easterly of (as measured at right angles) easterly right of way line of Bowers Drive; subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota and That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying southwesterly of southwesterly right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 10 and 169; subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota and The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota and Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, except that part of said Government Lot lying westerly of a line parallel with and 200 feet easterly of east line of Bowers Mississippi Acres, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota and That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying northeasterly of northeasterly line of Bowers Drive NW; subject to record of easement, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Subject Property”); and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted findings of fact related to the Permittee’s application by its Resolution #09-07-160, which are hereby incorporated as reference.
