<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-11-271 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A CONCRETE AND MASONRY CONTRACTING SERVICE ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15740 AZURITE CT NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0858 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09-11-270 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0858 for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Curtis A. Kriens ("Permitee") to operate a concrete and masonry contracting service <br /> <br />in a dwelling unit and accessory structure located on the property generally known as 15740 <br />Azurite Ct NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Nature View Addition, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1.That this resolution shall allow for a concrete and masonry contracting servicein a <br /> <br />Subject <br />dwelling unit and accessory structure (the “Home Occupation”) to operate on the <br />Property <br />. <br /> <br /> Permittee <br />2.That the is allowed three (3) non-resident employees unless otherwise <br />Permittee <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the will <br />utilize non-resident employees. <br /> <br /> <br />3.That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to10:00 p.m. <br />Additionally, the Permittee shall be allowed vehicle movements only between the hours <br />of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Vehicle movements shall be defined as driving motor vehicles, <br />as defined by City Code §9.03, for the purposes of leaving towards a job site. Vehicle <br />movements shall not include, but not limited to, loading, unloading, or operation of <br />equipment or materials. <br /> <br /> <br />4.That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight (8) hour business day or sixteen (16) vehicle trips per twenty-four (24) <br /> <br />
