Permittee <br />16.That the shall identify all buried materials on the site and being responsible at <br />Permittee’s <br />the cost to remove all of his buried materials on the site as required by the <br />MPCA and the Anoka Conservation Commission. <br /> <br /> Permittee <br />17.That the shall permit the City and any other related agencies to monitor the <br />identification and removal of all buried materials as required by the City and said <br />monitoring agencies. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Ramsey <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Look <br /> Councilmember Dehen <br /> Councilmember McGlone <br /> Councilmember Wise <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />th <br />this the 24 day of November, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-11-271 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />
