NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Items #9 and #10 of the Development Agreement for Ebony Woods shall be amended to read as follows: 9.Sewer and Water Trunk Fees. The current sewer and water trunk fees are $3,228.00 per Plat residential dwelling unit. The amount due on the is Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Dollars and No Cents ($9,684.00). These charges shall be the responsibility of the DEVELOPER , and will be collected before the release of the plat for recording. Since the Subject Property was assessed as a commercial lot as part of the Ebony Street Improvement Project (IP 05-23) in the amount of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and DEVELOPER No Cents ($11,869.00), the is entitled to a credit of Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty Five Dollars and No Cents ($2,185.00). This credit may be applied to the DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT remaining development fees associated with the . Stormwater Management Fees 10.. The current stormwater management fees are $425 per residential dwelling unit. Stormwater management fees will only be collected on the two Plat additional lots being created. The amount due on the is One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and No Cents ($1275.00).
