Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #07-06-149 RESOLUTION RATIFYING CHANGE ORDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER th WHEREAS, the City Council established by resolution levels of authority on May 24, 2005, for the approval of project change orders to allow for construction to proceed while managing minor project changes; and WHEREAS , the established levels of Authority for the Construction of the new Ramsey Municipal Center are as follows: City Council approval required for change orders greater than $25,000, City Council ratification of all change orders less than $25,000, Facility Committee approval required for change orders greater than $10,000 but less than $25,000, ratification by City Council, Project Team of Heidi A. Nelson, Interim City Administrator approval required for change orders not greater than $10,000, ratification by City Council; and WHEREAS, the following change orders have been reviewed by BKV Group and 3D/I Construction Managers and have been approved by either the Facility Committee or the Project Team. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Change Order No. 1073-01 $1,987.00 Caulk anchor points at masonry walls; caulk cap stones. Change Order No. 1051-09 ($2,881.50) Additional steel support for folding door; modify window; modify window angle; delete angle; adjust edges of celestory roof at police station. Change Order No. 1051-10 $3,708.60 Backcharges; Reinforcement at reception doors; gate at ships ladder at Stair C. TOTAL CHANGE ORDERS 04/24/07-06/26/07: $2,814.10 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Olson Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Look Councilmember Strommen
