BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />DATE: June 14, 2005 RESOLUTION #2005-90 <br />OFFERED BY COMIVIISSIONER: Berg <br />RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 87957R <br />WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, <br />FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Anoka enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation, for the following purposes: <br />Remove the existing traffic control signals and install new traffic control signals with street lights, <br />emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 at Trunk <br />Highway 10, north and south ramps, in the city of Anoka; remove the existing traffic control signal <br />and install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect, <br />and signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 at Co. Rd. 30/Pleasant Street in the city of Anoka; and revise <br />the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 47 at CSAH 5/Xkimo Street in the city of <br />Ramsey, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. <br />87957R, a copy of which was before the council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper county officers be and hereby are authorized to <br />execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the county all of <br />the contractual obligations contained therein. <br />
