Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02-055 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CUSTOM CABINET BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17731 EATON STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0663 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-02-xxx adopting Findings of Fact #0663 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On February 24, 2004 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Jim Kreuser ("Permit Holder") to operate a custom cabinet business in a detached accessory structure located on the property generally known as 17731 Eaton Street NW and legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, said point being a distance of 433.01 feet south of the northeast corner thereof, thence south 86 degrees, 55 minutes, 58 seconds west on a line parallel to the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 633.01 feet, thence southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 680 feet a distance of 187.91 feet, thence south 71 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of 33 feet, thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 33 feet, thence southerly on a curve to the right having a radius of 601.92 feet and a central angle of 20 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds a distance of 218.60 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described, thence continue southerly on same described curve to the right having a radius of 601.92 feet with a central angle of 15 degrees 16 minutes 29 seconds for a distance of 160.47 feet, thence south 58 degrees 37 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 168.37 feet, thence south 67 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds east a distance of 353.66 feet to a point which is 383.10 feet west of the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along its north line, thence northerly and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 403.10 feet to a point which is 716.02 feet south of the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along its east line; thence westerly and parallel with the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 431.98 feet to the point of beginning.
