Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLTUION #03-01-019 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF FULL-TIME COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson was hired as a full-time Community Development Assistant for the City of Ramsey and began work on July 1, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson has successfully completed his probationary period and his performance was documented by the Community Development Director; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 14, 2003 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Community Development Assistant effective January 1, 2003. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period of full-time Community Development Assistant Christopher Anderson effective January 1, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Stommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: Nolle and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
