Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLTUION #03-01-019 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF FULL-TIME <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson was hired as a full-time Community Development <br />Assistant for the City of Ramsey and began work on July 1, 2002, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson has successfully completed his probationary period <br />and his performance was documented by the Community Development Director; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 14, 2003 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Community Development <br />Assistant effective January 1, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period of full-time Community <br />Development Assistant Christopher Anderson effective January 1, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Stommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
