Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 03-02-058 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PER/OD FOR FULL-TIME RECORDS MANAGEMENT CLERK WHEREAS, Amy Dietl was hired as a full-time Records Management Clerk for the City of Ramsey and began work on August 19, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Amy Dietl has successfully completed her probationary period and her perfonr~ance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25, 2003 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Records Management Clerk effective February 19, 2003. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Records Management Clerk Amy Dietl, effective February 19, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Cook Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
