Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 03-02-058 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PER/OD FOR FULL-TIME <br />RECORDS MANAGEMENT CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amy Dietl was hired as a full-time Records Management Clerk for the City <br />of Ramsey and began work on August 19, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amy Dietl has successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />perfonr~ance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25, 2003 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Records Management <br />Clerk effective February 19, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Records Management <br />Clerk Amy Dietl, effective February 19, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
