Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 03-02-059 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br />ACCOUNTING CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffler was hired as a full-time Accounting Clerk for the City of <br />Ramsey and began work on August 9, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffier has successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the Finance Officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25, 2003 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Accounting Clerk effective <br />February 9, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Accounting Clerk <br />Jennie Loeffler, effective February 9, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
