Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 03-02-059 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffler was hired as a full-time Accounting Clerk for the City of Ramsey and began work on August 9, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffier has successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the Finance Officer; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25, 2003 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Accounting Clerk effective February 9, 2003. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Accounting Clerk Jennie Loeffler, effective February 9, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gamec Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Cook Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Nolle and the following were absent: None
