WHEREAS, on August 5, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat for the proposed plat of Rivenwick 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 5, 2002, the Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat of Rivenwick 3rd Addition and tabled the item <br />and directed staff to have a Traffic Generation Analysis completed for the proposed development <br />and address resident concerns regarding the maintenance of the existing be~ on the Subject <br />Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 3, 2002, the Planning Commission continued the public hearing <br />for the proposed preliminary plat of Rivenwick 3rd Addition and recommended that the City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat contingent upon a few modifications to the plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 12, 2002, the City Council reviewed the proposed <br />preliminary plat for Rivenwick 3rd Addition and tabled the item and directed staff to meet with <br />Anoka County Highway Engineers to discuss the future Regional Park entrance and work with <br />MnDot regarding the procedure to upgrade the intersection of Highway #10 and Ramsey Blvd. <br />prior to MnDot's scheduled upgrade of the subject intersection in 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 14, 2003, the City Council reviewed the proposed preliminary <br />plat for Rivenwick 3rd Addition and approved the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 18, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application and final <br />plat for the proposed Rivenwick 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposed final plat on March 11, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval ofRivenwick 3rd Addition in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-03-067 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
