Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//03-03-074 RESOLUTION RECEIVING A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 (SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE ESTATES) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution #02-11-295 which the City Council adopted on November 26, 2003, a feasibility study for the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm water improvements to the Oak Terrace Estates mobile home park has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer; and WHEREAS, the feasibility report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 25, 2003: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer improvements to Oak Terrace Estates in accordance with the report and the assessment of property for the improvement will be pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60, and that the cost of said improvements is estimated to be $190,221; and 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cook and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: none and the following abstained:
