Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//03-03-074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 (SEWER, WATER AND STORM <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE ESTATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution #02-11-295 which the City Council adopted on <br />November 26, 2003, a feasibility study for the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm <br />water improvements to the Oak Terrace Estates mobile home park has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the feasibility report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March <br />25, 2003: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements sanitary sewer, watermain <br />and storm sewer improvements to Oak Terrace Estates in accordance with the report and <br />the assessment of property for the improvement will be pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60, and that the cost of said <br />improvements is estimated to be $190,221; and <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of <br />March, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
