Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-03-076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THE TOM AND <br />PATTI KURAK PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tom and Patti Kurak, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for a Registered Land Survey to split their Torrens property in order to convey a certain <br />tax parcel. The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Government Lot 2 in Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the <br />following two parcels: <br /> <br />That portion of said Government Lot 2 included in the plat of SUNFISH LAKE <br />ESTATES. <br />An 80- foot wide strip of said Government Lot 2, the centerline of which strip is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the west quarter comer of said Section 26, thence on an assumed bearing of <br />North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of <br />said Section 26 a distance of 443.90 feet to the actual point of beginning of the centerline to <br />be described; thence easterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the north having a <br />radius of 1931.42 feet, a central angle of 01 degrees 43 minutes 44 seconds and the chord of <br />said curve bears south 86 degrees 49 minutes 18 seconds east, a distance of 58.28 feet; thence <br />south 87 degrees 41 minutes 11 seconds east, tangent to last said curve, a distance of 275.39 <br />feet; thence easterly along a tangential curve concave to the south, having a radius of 578.06 <br />feet and a central angle of 15 degrees 10 minutes 29 seconds, a distance of 153.10 feet; <br />thence south 72 degrees 30 minutes 41 seconds east, tangent to last said curve, a distance of <br />84.32 feet; thence easterly along a tangential curve concave to the north, having a radius of <br />465.00 feet and a central angle of 42 degrees 51 minutes 44 seconds, a distance 347.86 feet; <br />thence north 64 degrees 37 minutes 34 seconds east, tangent to last said curve, a distance of <br />173.00 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the northwest, having a <br />radius of 465.00 feet and a central angle of 35 degrees 51 minutes 25 seconds, a distance of <br />291.01 feet; thence north 28 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds east, tangent to last said curve a <br />distance of 525.44 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the <br />southeast, having a radius of 680.00 feet and a central angle of 59 degrees 46 minutes 40 <br />seconds, a distance of 709.46 feet; thence north 88 degrees 32 minutes 49 seconds east, <br />tangent to last said curve a distance of 1222.13 feet and said centerline there terminating. <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 26, township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying northerly of the plats of CHESTNUT HILL 4TM ADDITION and <br />CHESTNUT HILL 5TM ADDITION, easterly of the east line of Outlot A, said plat of <br />CHESTNUT HILL 5TM ADDITION, and southeasterly of a line parallel with and 80 feet <br />southeasterly of the southeasterly line of the plat of SUNFISH LAKE ESTATES. <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 23, Township 32, range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />
